INTRODUCTION:
MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical
computing. It integrates computation, visualization, and
programming in an easy-to-use environment where
problems and solutions are expressed in familiar
mathematical notation.
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of course is to introduce students to the
functions of MATLAB®, which will serve the purpose of
accurate and fast mathematical calculations, obtaining
graphical representation of results, analysis and
simulation of complex systems in Electronics, Electrical
and Computers.

PREREQUISITES:
No prior knowledge of MATLAB® is required. However,
basic knowledge of Computers/ Programing will be
useful.
SEATS: 30 only, Selection on first come first basis.
WHO CAN REGISTER?
Undergraduate/graduate students, who are interested to
learn MATLAB®, to solve engineering computations.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Rs. 1500/- only. (Registration charges include stay in the
University campus during the course, excluding meals
charges)

1. External participants can fill the Registration Form,
appended in next sheet (also on website:
www.smvdu.ac.in) and submit by hand or post to:

C/o Public Relations Office, 15-C, 2nd Ext., Gandhi
Nagar, Opp. Bahu Plaza, Jammu 180003 along with a
Demand Draft of appropriate amount in favour of 'SMVD
University, Katra'.
The LAST DATE for registration is July 15th (External
participants)
2. SMVDU participants are required to fill in
registration form, appended in next sheet, also
available with Director School of E&CE and
submit to the same office.
The LAST DATE for registration is May 30th (SMVDU
participants)
